Foster Care and Adoptions in Delaware

A Better Chance for Our Children has been connecting children with families through foster care and adoptions in Delaware since 1996 (previously affiliated with Diakon Lutheran Ministries and later with Upper Bay Counseling and Support Services). During that time we have participated in many successful placements of children with our resource families. A Better Chance for Our Children is unique in that we primarily work to place children with special needs in families.
